It's not ignorance. It is scientific fact. HPD may be diagnosed more frequently in Hispanic and Latin-American cultures and less frequently in Asian cultures. Are you going to say it is racist because blacks are prone to be born with sickle cell anemia? Or Asians are prone to be born lactose intolerant?
