Just woke up and about to head to work for a few before coming back and resting up for tonight.

Security Check at Ultra: Lol wtf is that? Seriously though I had a camelbak full of chapstick, food, and other things but they never looked they just glimpsed in and moved me along. Line went so fast it was ridiculous. Still try to hide your stuff, whatever that may be, you never know when you'll get the one security person who wants to care.

As for the water, it is free, but they don't really advertise the water stations and to my knowledge the only one was near the bathrooms in the underground portion by the Klipsch Amphitheater. Nothing like EDC though with the machines and all that its just some shitty little faucets and you can use the bathroom sinks as well. Oh well, Free is free.

So yeah yesterday I went back at noon and stayed til 11:30. Line was super fast and the day was another perfect weather day for Ultra. Nice and cool and sometimes a slight breeze.

I stayed in the Cox tent for most of the time but I did hang out at the Bedrock Stage because its secluded and had lots of shade so I just laid down and rested while jamming out to some Bedrock Artists and Digweed. This stage is the best kept secret at Ultra. Not to many people and usually they are playing something non commercial.

The Tent again was rocking, I saw most everybody on the lineup minus Uto Karem but that's ok. Man, I'll tell you what when Nicole started playing I noticed a surge of attendees just running to the stage. She was smashing the tent apart and going hard. Unbelievable set from her. Carl once again smashed it all up with his music and his energy, nothing new there . Richie really took it to another level, I think his intro is about 3 minutes long (I have a video!) and he just banged it out the crowd was definitely feeling it.

See you next year Carl Cox Tent! You are always 100% going to be the best party at Ultra for me.

P.S. I'm also jealous of those going next week, can you imagine seeing Cirez D in that tent?

Nicole

Carl

Richie

Hate to say it but Ultra is amazing this year, I haven't been in awhile. Treehouse is slamming too. I picked up Marco Bailey yesterday from the airport with his girlfriend. He was closing the Bedrock stage at Ultra. After Ultra we went to eat and then to Mansion for Sharam's party. Marco was also closing after Sharam. Wow, what a party, it was slammed.

I was using my iPhone 4S. The sound distortion isn't bad if you just space yourself from the speakers. Only problem is shooting night video, looks a bit grainy but oh well.

I can't wait to be in that tent... And to know that Cirez D will be playing there on Saturday.. oh man, oh man...

This is what Prydz said on his facebook:

"I have Cirez D with me on the tour bus.
In a cage..

Expect darkness."
