Rebound has entered the beatport top 100 on a pretty good position. Again this is obviously not a bad thing. Publicity,cash... i would trust some producers if they tell me that this pisses them off, they worked so hard, they made great art... and somebody shamelesly stole their work....
But it's not Arty or Mat Zo's case as if they weren't in the business for the fame and money they would produce real music and not shit, both are capable specially Mat Zo.
Fuck the 3.

Yes hit music is crap by default. Nobody that makes music which is liked by a lot of people do so because they like it themselves.
Also, I don't see why the court thing was messed up. First of all it wouldn't benedit mat zo nor arty to have william being given jailtime. Also USA has jury trial. My lawyer (not music related) advised me to steer clear from them as they tend to favour US citizens over foreign plaintiffs. It could actually turn out well for Will I Am. Especially since his cashflow outranks that of his opponent so he has the means to drive up costs to an insane ammount if that would help him.
This thing was bound to be settled without court ever being involved. Simply because the stakes (especially for william) are just too high. From a financial perspective, the current situation would probably be the most beneficial one for Anjunabeats and co.
The court case won't happen now as Richie said as the Inter will just cutt a weak check to make them piss off rather than take on inter's army of lawyers.
If they were smart though, they should file in UK court; Will.I.AM has significant UK holdings and 19 management (yes, WillIam is managed by them in the UK) would probably pull major strings for Anjuna (i.e. serious licensing spots) just to fuck off an bury and bury the whole saga.
They could still make a pretty penny off this if they play their cards right. Trying to get a cut of royalties on one single is probably the longer and less fruitful path to take at this stage.
You either keep totally quiet then suckerpunch them with a suit (and good luck talking your way out of that publicly) or you do a deal before it rears it head and they pay you to never mention it.
