Seeing shit like this below really winds me up. It's not even a proper internship - where you would actually learn something. In today's world of the music 'industry' in the state it is, it's a shame that the value of someone's hard work is about as appreciated as the music coming from it... Disposable, free and not worth a shit.

I sure as hell hope this isn't how you treat the artists on your roster.
