Anyone go?
I showed up around 7pm, party started at 2pm, and there was a small line made up of mostly guys. The hagglers tried selling us wristbands for $35 and we passed. We asked for the timeslots and no one knew. We were told by the door staff that the party was going to end at 2pm on Sunday. The strip was pretty dead. So we left and decided to come back later in the night.
At around 11:30 we came back and there was no line at all this time. The hagglers were now selling us the wristbands for $25. That was not a good sign. We couldn't hear the music outside or the crowd. You can see inside the venue from the street and it didn't seemed like it was all that. Parking outside the venue was plenty. Again, not a good sign.
However, Papas & Beer (the other club down the street) had a HUGE line outside that stretched to Love Fest and you can hear the music blasting and the crowd all the way out on the street. Papas & Beer would've been cool 10 years ago, but now I really don't like that music anymore. We decided to go back to the house instead.
Maybe we should've not judged the Love Fest from what we were seeing outside and hopefully we were wrong and it was going off.
We came back Sunday Morning for some morning tunes, and Love Fest was over, yet Papas & Beer was still going on.
Nero... Please prove me wrong and make me regret not going in. Tell us how it really was.

And the pictures I've seen so far make me think I made the right choice.

These are some of the pix I've seen so far. Again, I'm still hoping the party went off, cuz Baja could really use a Festival.

I was passed out in my hotel suite (rosarito beach hotel) until like 1-2. Worthy was supposed to go on at 3 and Doc before him. I wasn't feeling to good do as soon as ingot to the room I passed the F out lol
You could hear the music from our room, and we were a good 3/4 blocks away. Thank god I had my earplugs because it was retardedly loud inside the venue. Here's a picture I took at about 3am as Doc was finishing his set, mind you a lot of the crowd had left because it was late. Also, I left at around 630am to drop off Worthy and Justin at the border, and there still was atleast 100-200 people still there.

Agreed. Looks worse than a makeshift warehouse party. Sad they took out the plexiglass wall, that was the best part seeing the ocean behind the DJ booth.

No. It's still there. This stage is the one one the back, where the cement floor is at. The Tiesto stage was a temporary one set up on the sand.
You can see both stages at around :14 sec, when I pan around in the video.
