I go every year, it's loads of fun. Tips -

- I tend to avoid downtown til after 3am, it's too crazy earlier
- Don't expect things advertised as being open all night to actually stay open (my biggest peeve every year)
- The Queen streetcar = an exercise in futility
- The Gladstone hotel is an excellent pit stop & bathroom break location
- Road booze is a must
- Do take time to take in all the random stuff that happens, not just ones listed on the program. These tend to be more interesting anyway!

Go in with no expectations, and a small group.

It can be fun, and usually is. I think people just expect too much, they expect to have a life changing experience.

It's just art, have fun.

In the past I found starting out near Liberty Village and working towards the Downtown core a solid plan in seeing the maximum amount of 'exhibits'. Although last time I went it was kind of crap on queen west.

Looking forward to it this year!
