When I heard it the first time, there was nothing really spectacular about it. I thought Tenshi was a lot better. On subsequent times though, I thot the strings really enhanced the song. Nevertheless, not really tune of the year, maybe track of the month.

Ligaya: it seems you either a) really hate it to the point where you go mental at the mere mention of it or b) love it like it's one of the most outstanding tracks ever produced. Of course I'm completely exaggerating, but am I one of the only people who neither hates or loves it, and just appreciates it as a decent tune and nothing more?
And btw I don't see how you can class it as cheese - sure it uses a tried and tested formula but it's similiar to Fire and Ice - Souvenir de Chine and William Orbit - Barber's Adagio For Strings (Ferry Corsten Remix) and they're hardly cheese.

True, a good track, but I think a little more work on it could have made it better. Walhalla is still better I think. Although, there are only 2 remixes I know of, maybe future remixes will be killer.

It is just a good track, but not SPECIAL. So not the tune of the year

I like the track well enough, but I couldn't care less whether someone thought it was tune of the year or not. I know I wouldn't vote for it.

Ligaya is OK,
But i certainly wouldnt call it cheese!
Jesus, the definition of cheese gets thrown around so much here, a track has to be made by James holden or sasha before its offically not cheese, which is bullshit.
