Ergonomically, your eyes should be level with the top of your computer screen. Desks like the "Creation Station" make your monitor so high that if you look directly forward, you aren't even looking at your screen anymore; you're looking at the base of your monitor stand.

Shit desks, IMO. Buy a plain desk and then fit it out as appropriate.

I have recently been looking at getting a desk. i just went to ikea got from there and utilised my stands that i previously had for my monitors. Even if you need rack space you can get something made up as well or plenty of pre made stuff about - but after all that, is it cheaper to buy one all ready to go?

Interesting, will have to look into that. As it is I tend to slouch to see my monitor, so I'll have to find a good balance of tilt and height and watch my posture, I suppose.

Agree with L4C's comments. I tried a desk with the monitors on a shelf and hated the uncomfortable viewing angle. Ended up building my own desk.
