It doesn't have anything to do with their ethnicity, education, or 'class'. It has to do with their attitudes and general unfriendliness that I have personally experienced on multiple occasions at 1015.
I couldn't give two shits if I'm at a club with hip hop as long as the patrons are kind/friendly. Just not the case at any club I've been to with a hip hop room going on (I've been to 1015 three times with the hip hop room in the front. One of those nights there was a stabbing, another there was a fight in the hip hop room).
It doesn't matter if you're poor or rich, white or black, educated or a drop out, young or old, not being a dick is a choice individuals make on their own, or at least I'd like to think so.. the reality is much more complicated. Individuals are a product of their upbringing and personal life experiences so in a way, some people might think, it might be unfair to ask for people to be friendly.
anyways, this is getting a bit too deep for TA. I think I've made my position clear. I like to go out and have a good time, meet people, etc. I like to have a positive vibe, and 1015 with the hip hop room going on (I don't even think they do it anymore?) is not that.
Anyone who has been to 1015 on one of these nights knows exactly what I'm talking about. People used to complain frequently on TA. is a moot point now.
