RA is actually one of the simplest and fastest to use ticket sites, so its always surprising when their system isn't working right.
(just compare a TM purchase to one on RA....)

Absolutely true, world of difference. I just hate that RA thinks all my purchases are fraud, by now you'd think they would have learned (ha!).

Cost me an extra $20 but will be well worth it to see Lucien, can't ever miss him.

used to get that msg on RA with one of them, sigh. bank, no prob...

Citi, Chase, Capital One, call of em, ha! Even the debit card. Only thing that frustrates me about RA.

Interestingly enough, Wells Fargo makes me log into my account through RA to confirm the purchase. Never had issues when this happens.

Interesting, i use a BofA Visa Debit/Credit it does an automatic authorization before completion. Never had any alerts and i remember once i went on a ticket buying rampage, 8 tickets (4 events) in 10min.
