Those celebs be letting themselves go when they aren't working because it's so taxing when they are working. Men and women both. But aside from that Mila ain't all that great looking even in make up. She just has a high level of sex appeal. That stuff isn't always captured in pics. You gotta see the person in motion, talking, and stuff to see that come out. That goes for a lot of these celebs. A lot of their appeal is through their charisma, not their looks.
