That's how we Dutch are: we make great stuff and know how to remain complete stealth

This is weird, I have seen 2 documentaries (in Dutch ofcourse) about "KaZaA's original developers", this was at the beginning of kazaa, there were personal interviews with the guys (aged 20+) and they explained why they couldn't get cought 'n stuff, really interesting.....

An appeals court in the Netherlands, however, ruled earlier this year that it was legal to distribute the KaZaA software there. "Insofar as there are acts that are relevant to copyright, such acts are performed by those who use the computer program and not by KaZaA," a translation of the court's ruling provided by Sharman's lawyers says.

I say again, I'm veeeery happy to live in The Netherlands!! What a great country!!

About the American laws applicated elsewhere in the world, it's not really possible, but countries with good relationships with the USA could take over some thoughts of the USA jurisdictional system, it's a shame this happens, the Americans (diplomatic people I mean hereby) think they can control everyone & everything in the world, that's really sad......because they just can't!

so far I have nothing more to say,

Greetz, Kamaya.

Behold, my arse.

F*ck the RIAA!
The entertainment industry makes billions of dollars from our own pockets!
I hope Sharman Networks wins this case and shoves it up the RIAA's ass!

(again you cannot purchase), and homemade comedy video clips. Granted, there is a lot of movie trading going on, but thats before the movies are released, and the quality is so crap, you'll always buy it when it comes out on DVD anyway.

Now the RIAA is just trying to keep a paycheck coming to its lawyers b/c there is no one left to defeat. I hope they get sued.

Haha yeah but a lot people use it for porn, I don't but I heart it at school.

If they ever shutdown Kazaa some other option will come they'll never control mp3's.
