This is a good one to be sure. The definitive Berlin sound of the late 90s.

Dunno if this means the original by Kid Paul or the Three-N-One mix. I myself am partial to the Oliver Lieb mix and Three N One 2002 update.

Robert Miles - Children = every dance fan knows or should know this track. |
What an iconic track, this one set up an entirely new genre by itself, paving the way for acts like Zhivago and DJ Dado. Unfortunately, this sound was retired within a couple years.

This one has a really nice "dark" feel to it that was commonplace in the very early primitive years of trance. I personally think Brainbug's mix is the best version of this one however.

Rank 1 - Airwave = the impact it had when it came to dividing the trance community was unforgettable. People either loved it or hated it. You had one side that salivated over the huge anthem it was during the peak of trance and the other side that thought it was horrible and led the way for more tracks with cheesy supersaws. |
I have a love/hate relationship with this one. Myself, I prefer the Rank 1 vs Dutch Force mix...sounds more like your typical Rank 1 track and replaces those (in my opinion) fairly unpleasant saw strings.
