I should also specify that the pic isn't mine, it was just something someone on the boards here posted years ago that I still find mega funny to this day. He just looks so terrified

Saw Prydz play mashed out of his mind. Think it was the booze. He kept playing this same fucking loop over and over for like 10 minutes. Didnt read the energy of the crowd at all either. But then again, it is also partly my fault because I was young dumb and naive to think a short set at a popular festival was going to be anywhere near good. You live and learn.

I'm not sure if he was on something inasmuch as he was just enthusiastically pretending to do far more than he actually was (not unlike a lot of DJ's, really, though Hook takes it to a whole other level of bullshit).

I like how in this video his actual attempts at DJ'ing do nothing more than kill the audio.

That hook video.

I always assumed not a single person was sober during this either.

Ya that Sven clip is the probably the most wrecked I've ever seen someone while dj'ing...except for that trance dj with the beer gut who is shirtless and mashed into an alternate universe.

What was his name? Woody van something?

That's just our Woody van Eyden full throttle and probably totally sober. I think you'll need to go back to the 90's to find Dutch DJ's totally wacked. I know Mental Theo once threw up over his gear causing a power breakdown which lasted for two hours. After that it was only water for him while DJ-ing.

Here you go, Woody is awesome: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbqM8eKepmQ
