Cable is just like any other means of connecting to the internet...it's just faster than 56k...so it doesn't seem to affect you as much, but it still affects you the same amount, just a less percentage.

I share but why would you want cable people to share, they upload at like 13 KB max. Kazaa is bad, I rarely use it.

Actually, cable can upload 100KB/s+ It just depends on your provider.
