I'm on the same plain as most of you. Like mystery, I was never that much of a gearhead, but every so often something would come along that would make me GAS hard, but usually if I wait a month or so, and I still want it then I know it's a worthwhile buy. More often than not, the want passes and I can put it down to having just wanted the shiny shiny.
There's only a couple of thing I want that i haven't really got;
A large-ish (24ch) control surface with long throw flying faders, but I really don't the space to justify it.
The new Electribe (but only if it turns out not be a flop which is looking all the more likely sadly).
A DVS system that doesn't annoy the shit out of me with a loud 1k control tone (doesn't currently exist).
So to be honest, not a lot of GAS and I don't really struggle with it due to my over the top logical brain reasoning that would make Spock look like a cast member of Jackass.

Nope. I cross one thing off my list, another comes up. I have a backlog of about 5 things I need/want.
I'm the same.. I've finally just today ordered a Moog minitaur that I've been wanting for a while now. I thought my GAS would have calmed down a bit but now I'm just browsing for the next thing I want but can't yet afford.

Yep, finally acquired the 106 again (HS-60 version, with speakers) and I think I'm pretty much set for life. Don't really think I'll need anything else, unless I somehow strike it rich one day and decide to replace my TR-8 with the originals. Although, I may eventually purchase a Korg ES-1 again for sampling, although it's not really much of a GAS, as I've had it in mind for some time.

I am completely over GAS ATM.
Especially for hardware, got everything I need now. Virus, Sherman filterbank, Soundcard, headphones and monitors - I rarely use the virus or Sherman either
Software wise i've got more than I can ever learn to use
You could have racks of synths and quality outboard gear but will it make your tunes good? hell no!

I "was" over GAS, until this stupid NI Effects 50% off sale...now, I want Molekular.
Was thinking the same thing :cry: though if you play around with Bitwig's XY effect you can do alot of the same things as Molkeluar for free
My most recent GAS was Glitch 2, though it was pretty cheap luckily.
