Juan, you really do not have the decision making capability nor the training in terms of hearing to match your available funds.
Understand, neither Palm or I are saying this stuff to be mean, but anyone who thinks Behringer 5" Monitors (and bear in mind, I'm a fan of the Truths) sound better than PMC's or Focals then you don't know what you're hearing.
Again, this isn't an insult and I'm all for personal preference (i.e. some people like the way a certain set sound) but you're comparing Apples to Lamborghinis. The behringers aren't even in the same galaxy as the Focals, let alone the PMCs
Palm is right; when you get in to amp matching it's a whole different ballgame. Everything from Ohmage curves to response times to crossover points make a difference, and if you don't know what you're hearing or even truly like, it's a utter quagmire.
I've used PMC's extensively with Classe amps and they sounded superb but they take getting used to, there's a bed in time and they don't sound "nice" or hifi - they sound flat and detailed. The amps take 30 mins to 60 mins to actually heat up and give the true benefits of class A circuitry (but you knew that right?) so really I think you're on a fool's errand.
Also, if you like the Behringer's and they work for you, just stick with them. I know guys that have the option to use any monitors they want but choose things like basic Dynaudios or Gene's because they know how to work with them.
