Well, i kinda like some of the Happy Hardcore stuff. I know its real cheesy, but i think of it more as a laugh and not really serious music, just to have a bit of fun to!! i think the fact that u are a techno fan and HATE hardcore is wierd though!!

I fail to see amy resemblence between techno and hardcore.

Personally, i can't stand it. The only thing that shits me more is people with subs in their car and make you listen to the songs destroyed by sub-woofers.

Anyone who visited a Dutch hardcore party in the years 1994-1998 was hooked for life. Nothing beats the sound, the bass, the feeling.

The energy on these parties is fabulous. Dancing (hakkuh) on hardcore is the best feeling in the world!

Hardcore is the only genre of music that can rightfully be accused of being drug music.Cos the only way you're gonna enjoy hearing this live is by running on tons of E,Speed and Angel Dust. It's just too damn fast!I mean, come on.300-700 fucking BPM?!!!Get outta here...Still,the pure brainlessness of it all makes it quite damn funny to listen to.And some of the producers actually make some varied and complex tunes (like Leviathan or Marc Acardipane),in contrast to all the bullshit,helium-vocaled bassdrum nonsense that is out there.Just my 2 cents...

happy hardcore has nothing to do with hardcore IMO

And my opinion about hardcore: I rarely listen to it nowadays. When I listen to it, it's most of the time because I need to clear my thoughts, It really works!

Hardcore is 180-200 BPM

There is so much quality hardcore:

Neopyte, Rotterdam Terror Corps, Stunned Guys, Buzz Fuzz, Promo

Just go to the Tracklist area, search for Thunderdome 2002 and download any of these tracks. All classics.

happy hardcore is almost just as fast as 'normal' hardcore, it just sound happy with these piano sounds and pitched up voices. hardcore has a deeper bassline and darker sounds (Juno)

I love the true music. Hardcore was the original which evolved into happy hardcore. The original hardcore was darker and more harder while happy hardcore focused more on the pianos and vocals which was great. Unfortantly the happy hardcore became somewhat commercial and a lot of it is just crap. Search for the real gems out there and you won't be dissapointed.

I can't go without either one, HHC makes jsut friggin happy like a psycho, trance makes me feel like im flying, normal HC makes me wanna just flip out completely. OPEN YOUR MIND
