I've had 3 Ti's and a C. Difference in sound is minimal, negligible.

The Achilles heel on the C is that the hidden parameters are a pain to use and fiddly to access. Once you learn it, it's fine, but it's still not intuitive.

I wouldn't want to spend time programming a Virus without the Ti editor tbh.

They look bad-ass though.
