Oh man, I remember that remix competition.
The only thing worth listening to on ANY of the compilations was the Semi-D remix of Cry.
Nearly all of the other remixes ended up sounding like they were made by guys who downloaded FL Studio templates off youtube tutorials. It was like listening to the same 3 songs over and over. I'm not surprised the remixers got ignored, seeing as their tracks were a dime a dozen. Just awful.

Since you're here, I'd like to thank you for giving me my first remix opportunity in conjunction with stephen wiley. It was a great learning experience all those years ago that sparked a lot of drive to get better. Hope I can pay it forward.

Hehe, its embarrassing now but it definitely helped to get to where I am now in terms of skill and solving puzzles.
