Finally took a listen - I really enjoyed the first half, where it was more melodic and less banging than what I generally associate with psytrance. I did notice a few issues where the sound would cut in and out and the volume was a bit low on the tracks coming in, but that could be on my end.

Nice! Those labels are brilliant, so much quality. YSE has some strong releases too. The hard part is finding the diamonds in the rough, so it takes a long exploration venture outside of those labels to find them. Thanks a bunch for the listen!

Thanks, Luke! Yeah, the first half was definitely more melodic and trancey. My mixes typically increase in energy as the set progresses, so by the end of this one I'm banging out some pretty serious psytrance. Moon Tripper - Selenophile is an absolute monster and one of the stronger tracks I've ever played.

The interesting thing about this mix is that one can arguably categorize the tracks as prog-psy OR full-on. I'm solidly in 138-140 BPM territory. Since I couldn't distinctly label the genre as one or the other, I just picked "psytrance" since it embodies that classic trance vibe without ignoring the psychedelia. I was on a roll, so some of my transitions had to be cut a little short to keep the energy from dipping. Glad you at least liked the first half! Thanks for listening!
