I personally think the RAVE act is more an act of 'older people' than one of a particular party.... parties will always happen... maybe other things need to change.. who knows...

but please guys, no flames... and no trying to act like you are bigger or more important.............................

Hey i'm not flaming republicans, i have many republican friends (they don't listen to trance though). I'm just saying that this scene has ideals that are not quite compatible with any right wing philosophy and I gave my reasons for that already. Peace.

Democrats, Republicans. Whats the difference? It doesnt matter which party controls Congress because BOTH parties are controlled by Big Business, the Military Industrial Complex and the Israel Lobby.

Americas problems-ALL OF THEM stem from the fact that it has a corrupt electoral system.

I have read academic studies into the american political system and neither party really wants to change the campaign contribution laws because both parties benefits. What you have is a one party state with two factions, one conservative the other ultra conservative.

Let's see what those who claim to be Reps here will think when the 4th Reich starts...well it has already started anyway...

This is a VERY sad day for America and the World.
Bush's already with his war on Iraq thing...see his upcoming resolution at the UN.

Enjoy trance and parties while you still can !

Poi, don't start that bullshit. The RAVE law is the product of Old Geezers from both the democratic and republican parties. Those guys that couldn't hear the music in a club to know if it does all that shit they say it does or not. Saying it has shit to do with Parties is fuckin' retarded. Democrats have passed the bill so far when the Republican House hasn't! So how the fuck is it a Republican bill? It' bullshit either way you look at it, but damnitall man, there are plenty of Republican ravers. Get out of your isolated liberal society and meet people.

I know that both parties co-sponsor the RAVE Act, fuck those Democrats that voted for it as well, but you can't deny that it is an act of right wing reactionary policy. I'm just saying that the Democrats are the lesser of two evils, and it is a fact that Republicans are way more extreme. And this is why I'm getting the fuck out of the US to a real progressive liberal society where people are tolerated for who they are--AMSTERDAM!

America is turning into a society like Chili 20 years ago.

What human rights?

The comment about Amsterdam is more than just an example. Any American visting Holland would never leave anymore if they could.

Dutch people allow anything as long as it doesn't harm other people.
Drugs? It's your live. Hookers? It's your dick.

What happens when you get unemployed here? You get government support so you don't have to go out stealing stuff.

Yes, we pay a lot of taxes. 37-50 %. ButI rather have pay that much than having to go to the supermarket with foodstamps.

how much do unemployed people get paid by the govt in Holland ?
i really wonder how much
i think in France that's about, let's say, 700 euros/month for the first year, or less, and something like 400 euros/month after one year

not really enough to live an okay life to me...unless they get much more money in Holland
i know for a fact that it's low enough for people to go out and steal as you say...or not exactly by stealing..but by selling drugs !
how many can i see in France who get money from the govt (those 400 euros/month) and are drug dealers, driving in the latest BMW's ?? Wonder it is in Holland

it's also too simple to say that drugs is only a personal thing...don't you think very young people can get addicted to drugs and fuck their own life so quickly by being influenced by others who already are having some serious drug issues ?

except for that, and from what i know, it seems like Holland is a great country at any rate, one of the bests in Europe for sure

well intrance, didnt know that BOLD words would bother you. My ex- gov't teacher is a republican, even looks republican - no offense but he was like the typical one, red face, kinda fat, and very very conservative, even in the way he dressed. He was always talking against minorities, jews ( which in my school theres many ), and was with BUSH ideas the whole 9 yards, well, thanks to his extremist ideas, and talking too much of his republican supportive ideas, he got fired. Now, he is not the only republican like it, John Ashcroft is hunting all inmigrants and treating them like they were terrorists, which I dont think its right in any way. If we, hopefully, dont forget who shutted New Yorks Superclubs ? Guilliani, republican, was against it all the way, what a close minded dude, im not talking 9/11 here, thats a whole different story...

Also, why Bush does not want to take the Venezuelan dictator out ? .. its all about interests. One thing is sure, with republican control, we will, if wanted by Bush, go to WAR. SO all the middle east, prepare for some very hard times to come, includes all the israelies, who by the way, have more then 400 nuclear weapons ( why can they have and not other countries have ? ! ? its been a big issue, very debateable.. makes me think alot of times, and ofcourse, jews will be in favor for that, and will give their explanations, but if we hear others views, its very debateable.

Yeah I really like how Republican presidents always cut taxes. The problem I have with it is that they usually do so while increasing expenditures.
