I think that is is a good representation of what the general public knows about electronic music... not too many people (at least the "Technoheads" that I hang out with) have even heard of Armin, Ferry Corsten, or even Tiesto. All they know about is the mostly commercial garbage that is way overplayed (on the radio and in the clubs). Hopefully people will one day open up their eyes and see that what they know, and like, is only a very tiny portion of music that the world has to offer..
