Well you're pretty much playing a video game when you're producing.

get a hackintosh build.

I used to own 2 towers. Now have 2 hackintosh that benchmark higher than any mac you can buy atm.

32 gigs of ram isn't really overkill. I use 64 gigs on 4 computers.

6 in all. 2 are just servers. They just act as actual instruments in a way. One computer is say a bass machine. One is a drums. I like to have things compartmentalized.

Using adat gives you enough routing to and from.

64 divided by 4 is 16 i believe ...

so you got 16 per computer, which seems to be what most people are recommending in this thread,

i haven't really even considered a hackintosh, but ill I'm not ruling it out, I'm going to start purchasing stuff in the following days as black friday is upon is ,even though really its black friday month as the deals have already started, one thing is for sure i don't want to spend more than i have to because i am on a bit of a budget.

by the way whatever happened to those tutorial videos you were working on ??
