I own a 62, and no CH1&2 are not only mic, also line. It's true that ch1&2 are different from the 4 other channels, but they still count.

i own a 32, and i really like it.

the 62 is big and has alotttt of controls.. but awesome.. the 32 is durable and portable, and sounds excellent... ive tried the 62, and i like the 32 better for two reasons: i prefer 3 band EQ and the VCF slider is more agile, for more detailed effect control.

another thing i like about the 32: any DJ can get used to it real quick. the 4band EQs take a little getting used to.

if you do go with a 32, you should upgrade the crossfader to the pennes and giles option - they actually last under abuse and have very little play, solid feel.. the P&g fader comes standard on the 62 though.

my only whine about the 32 is the level controls on the back of the mixer rather than the face.. strangeness.. but workable.

No those are only meant for the elite to listen to

J/k, I hardly have any time now (school you know) but I'll try to record some samples as soon as possible.

I work for the nightclub which is equipped with 2 allens, xne 464 and xne 32.

As I've noticed, there's one frustrating thing about xne 32 for those peeps, who never seen one before. Channel gain control knobs are seen on the back side of the console, next to inputs. Same is about line/phono switch. Instead, there's an AUX knob where you used to see gain. a bit weird, but it's nearly nothing.

xne 464 (62's older bro with 4 mono inputs and extended EQ) has a bit non-logical location of headphones level control knob. It has master 1 and master 2 knobs situated next to headphone's plug input, so not once I could see deejays turning up master level instead of headphones one and wondering what the hell is goin' on.
