Jennifer rene , nadia Ali , kirsty hawkshaw , tiff Lacey

There are some vocalist out there that have stood test of time and their voices have become essential to the genre itself , I did check out jes's recent tune with markus Schulz and it sounds decent , plus after doing some digging it seems like its getting support from all of the major outlets like asot

one thing I find interesting is that I recall back in the day the producers of the moment wanted to work with the artist who were already storied in the genre, for instance in house singers like julie McKnight, Deborah cox & crystal waters were well sought after

but nowadays it seems like it's all about working with the latest pop act, I guess it's because of the generation gap

And Audrey Gallagher and Justine Suissa, but it's hard to necessarily say that some have either moved on, or that we've moved on from them, because vocalists like Rene and Gallagher are still, according to Discogs, very active. I just don't think they have the same marquee status they once had. I'm also somewhat surprised to see that Mavie Marcos of Andain never really pursued much beyond 'Beautiful Things,' though it looks as though she moved into a kind of health industry entrepreneurship soon after (though she's still releasing).

The one vocalist that no one seems to miss is Molly Bancroft
