I remember those Trance Energy broadcasts via ID&T where, at their very best, only mainstage was broadcasted and then around Soulseek, DC++ and others you could download a few sets from other areas because it was streamed later on another radioshow.
Sensation on the other hand, usually was broadcasted entirely, and just 1 area, easier to have all the sets.

Someone interested in these days Sensation?
Early it was party with top artists, later it was just show with some cheap artists from ear to year the same line-up with same radio top 40 tracks. DJs became pop artists, management, make-up, hair coloring, photoshop retouching. Last 10 years i stoped listening all those live broadcastings. Only some Sean Tyas sets, Alex di Stefano, also have spoke to him, very nice guy. Only good thing, that artists finally awakened a little, that they went far away from music, they loved to make and play and now we have resurection of old aliases like Purple Haze, Alpha 9, Gouryella 2.0 e.t.c. But you can't resist agains milliards dollars marketing machines, which doesn;t care about music, just make money on it. if you do not play our music, you do not play on our festivals. So we have underground movement, where producers try to keep their scene away from that commercial shit and make some small festivals, like VII, Boiler Room and others.
So sad, enthusiasts have made electronic music so great and popuar, which started to bring money, and then big money ruined everything Love Parade, Sensation, Qlimax, Nature One, Mayday, just everything!!!!

Some friends go every year to Luminosity festival. Around summer, Trance festival with a decent amount of areas, went famous for being the 'unofficial' Trance Energy pre-party. Now they bring together big names on Trance. I did listen to some of the sets and were awesome. I have to go one day.
I found Push live tracklist, but will edit it a little:
WHO'S AFRAID OF 138?!
23:00 - 00:00: PUSH Live (M.I.K.E.)
01. C'hantal - The Realm (Acapella)
02. Push - Together We Rule The World (Club Vocal Mix) [MOSTIKO]
03. The KLF - What Time Is Love? (Push Remix)
04. Solar Factor - Urban Shakedown [PROGREZ (BONZAI PROG)]
05. Push - Tranzy State Of Mind [BONZAI]
06. Push - Strange World (2000 Remake) [BONZAI]
07. Push - Journey Of Life [BONZAI]
w/ Adam Beyer & Bart Skils - Your Mind [DRUMCODE]
08. Mauro Picotto - Back To Cali (Push Remix) [NUKLEUZ]
09. Push - Universal Nation [BONZAI]
10. Push - The Legacy (2019 Live Mix) [BONZAI]
11. William Orbit - Barber's Adagio For Strings (Push Remix)
Didn't know that KLF remix was from him. He played it on an "Age of Love" party.

Yeah I remember those days.. I actually attended in person this year. Unfortunately, forums are a dying platform has been for many years.. Thank twitter and facebook for that... oh yes, soundcloud.. Anyway, I was still shocked to see that this post was even created.. Thanks Razator! |
but you can't make tracklist like that on facebook. It's just for posting photos and comments, wow, great photo, you're beautiful, thanks buddy e.t.c. Do not agree that forum ,at least that one, died because of social networks. I use facebook for one thing, open almost once a week, and this forum always opened for last 15 years. My friends joke from me, how many years have passed, and still first page in browser is tranceaddict tracklist section.
1. Djs after damn tiesto started to forbid live broadcasting, so after 2005-2007 we had only a few broadcasted livesets, but amount of radioshows increased dramatically. So we had the same tracks in every radioshow, some top DJs had even 2 or 3 radioshows. Tracklists were uploaded, so there were nothing to do in tracklist section (livesets were only a few and a bunch of radioshows with tracklists). Interest went down
2. The music gone to mainstream, all DJs played the same tracks, the same style. Originality was forbidden. Thus interest went down
3. Users grew up, and had less time for tracklistings, live broadcastings at night e.t.c, but because of crappy commercial music, new users arrived much less and just to download some radioshow.
4. Moderators are left that section, so we had 95 percents spam with lins to millions of radioshows, every user tried to post as fast as possible his link to earn some points on downloading. So daily we had 2-3 pages with radioshows from all channels and streams.
My opinion that kills board, i repeat, at least this one!!! For other forums are other moments.
In The beginning Swamper (forum Administrator and owner) )had interest in music and everything about it, but later went truck on Love Parade, stage on Tomorrowland and forum felt away from his sightseen. It was like a start for something bigger. So later we left abandoned.
There is tuneid, some other boards for old tracklists. There are people, who still love that old and some new music and have interest in tracklists, in finding some rare sets and even buying it. And i'm sure those people seek for some really living board like that section. Honestly, from whole that board i use only track id and tracklisting sections. The others i do not open for a months.I do not care about it at all.
I remember how we made live broadcasting from my city in Ucraine Lvov and Trancelover helped to get in contact with Dan from afterhours Fm, so we had a great night with Kyau and Albert and Marcel Woods to share with the whole world. Guys, i really miss it, those nights with beer near computer and live broadcasting till 6 o'clock in the morning.
Now all my friend listen music much less than 10 years ago.
But in other hand i have 10 years older friends, who very like to listen their music, heavy metal and rock. Their great interest for old music 70-80 like it was yesterday. Hope, someday we can gather people, who is still interested in our music and want to keep board like this alive

How to turn back old good days, when we were watching streams till the very last second??? |
You dont. People grew up. Got families, jobs, etc. Music taste changes. I come in to TA every now and then, but most of the glory days are just gone.

House was ooit house. Waar ongelovigen toch predikten “God made me funky, and I’m glad He blessed me this way”. |
