Make a bootable floppy disk from www.bootdisk.com and format your HD from the command line. Boot off the disk and use: format c: /s

*MAKE SURE YOU SAVE ALL YOUR FILES FIRST**

This will nuke everything on your drive, you can then boot off a windows 98SE/2K/ME/XP CD and re-install. That trojan does not actually install mirc, and cleaning it does not mean it's gone. I just got paid 145$ to fix this same problem on one of my customers systems
