I love this mix I've been through it twice already. If I heard this out at a venue or party I'd love it. The track at 49 threw me off because I thought it was Sunscream - Perfect Motion (Boyz Mix) but its not that. It just sounds exactly like it to my brain at least?

No, it's not the same as Perfect Motion, which samples the chords from Simple Minds - Theme For Great Cities (as did a great many other tracks). I can see how the chords here are similar but it's a slightly different progression in a different key.

Cool! I didnt know where it originated from but you're accurate. Been through the mix 3 times now you mixed this very very well. Was this a live recording or a construction project w/ ableton?

It was done live but with Sync very much on. It's probably the "densest" mix I've done in terms of trying to layer tracks and keep loops going for several minutes in certain places. It took a couple of practise runs to figure out, because the first time I tried it everything was too chaotic.

I've shared unplanned live mixes before, but for "showcase" sets like this I do a lot of planning and practise to give you as much ear candy as possible.

Well it turned out great. I just went through it back to back yesterday on a long car ride. Its all very high quality music. The ones that I've tried to get on vinyl are all $30 and up (big surprise). I guess I'm late to the 90's revival party in terms of trying to procure these on wax.

A lot of these tracks are 1-2 years old, to be fair. It took me a little while to compile this, so the original presses are probably sold out.
