Do you have any idea what set it was taken from or if it's from a compilation? Perhaps then we could get an idea of the country of origin the track is from.
*EDIT* Upon listening to it again, it sounds like it's from a liveset as you can hear faint whistles and other crowd noises in the background.

I have asked a number of fellow tune hunters but have had no luck identifying it as yet, I will be sure to post it here if I discover it.

I'm sure it's a UK label. Something progressive. I don't know what mix this excerpt was taken from, since I first heard it on a YouTube channel. It will be amazing if you manage to find it.
