this was a really great read, thanks for sharing. it's fascinating (to me at any rate) that we'll both tell people we love trance, yet our venn diagram barely even touches  loved woony pointing out it's OK to like shit music! 
It's also interesting reading this kind of stuff from people who actually lived it live (rather than just looking into it from afar in an academic sense).

eta- oh, i was hoping for an adagio reference (ferry's) because while legend b - lost in love was my first, adagio was the watershed moment which brought me to places like here to meet cunts like you.
