god, i'm jealous of almost everyone in this thread i started listening when i was around 18. haven't produced haven't spun but i'm hoping to get turntables next year!!! i'm only afraid that i won't leave my room after that

Started listening to electronic music in general (eurodance, hi-nrg and some housy stuff), when I was aroud 9 (I'm serious!) Started producing trance and hardcore when I was 13... and I'm almost 20 now. Hopefully, I'll spin as soon as I leave home (my parents don't really support it)

i was 11 (in 93) when i started listening to trance.... i started of with westbam, marusha, members of mayday, and other low spirit records stuff.... id been listening to other stuff since 88 tho, mainly acid house, and detroit/chicago house.

i got my decks when i was 13, styles i have been thru:- old skool breakbeat hardcore, jungle, bouncey techno, uk hard techno, gabber, french disco, trance, hard trance, acid trance, and hardstyle.

i am now 20

Gouryella - Gouryella was the first tune that got me into trance back in 1998. I heard it on the radio. I was 14, now 18
I'll never forget that tune.

I started off with Hardcore when I was like 11 or 12. That didn't last long, as I got bored of it really easy...after like 6 months or sumthin. Then I didn't bother for a bit, tried out other music and eventually rediscovered elctronic stuff around 14/15 i think when i liked the trancey stuff off cream anthems 2000. It all went from there really I got into it more and more and bought a couple of hard house comps a while back as well a my trance, but i always ended up with trance oh yeah and im 17 now.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of uppers, downers, laughers, screamers... Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.
