Does anybody know if you complete a certain amount of the game, do you get the hunter at your mansion or not?

I know if you get 100% you obtain the Hunter but I dunno if it stays at the mansion or not...I'm not sure how it works.

It does not stay at the mansion, only the Sea Sparrow does and that's after 80 packages. At 100 it becomes available from the base, and you can throw it in a large garage if you don't want to steal it all the time.
