i saw yet another alternative for a name:

on protonradio's (www.protonradio.com) featured charts for nov 24, a tune called "top chilli - by the way" is featured. this is not on a label, but categorized as CDR.

however, as with all the other names of this mysterious tune dropped by PvD and now recently by Lucien Foort (live in Stockholm new year's eve 2002), nothing can be found on the web, on the hubs, or in forums such as google groups (even in their special groups for RHCP).

so i repeat the same as all the others in this thread: if someone has a rip, please notify everybody so it can be shared!!

why do u put this in the cd reviews/new releases section when this is not even released on vinyl, cd or mp3!?

well theoretically it is out on vinyl and cd or else we would never have heard it ,it's just that none of US have it yet.plus it sais under the new release section on the forums:

I have Unknown - Hot Rod Chilli Poppers (Which I think was what the promo release was called), the vinyl was available in HMV in Derby saying PvD had played it, and it's the same version as the one I have.
I'm sharing on the hub if anyone wants it, but it's pretty much the original sped up a bit, cut up, and a beat put on, not much "remixing"
