actually cds do seem to wear out coz when i played overdrive when i was at mike's on wednesday, it ******ed and started skippin and doin allsorts, so we took it out and the metal thingybob in the middle of the cd must have fucked coz it looked like there was liquid inside the middle of the cd and if u pressed it, it spread around :S

hehe weird at least CD's are more durable than vinyls and you could easily make copies of ones that you have.

Btw I dunno why i typed that CD's "dont" wear out..what i should have typed is compared to vinyl they have a longer lifespan.

When I said that, I ment people who spin 100% on CDRs. When big name DJs use them, they tend to be recorded in a studio, not on a home computer.

I went to a night a few weeks ago where I heard that "tweek" sound more then a few times. It got annoying fast.

but if the equpiment is there and i have my cds with me, i've been known to throw some tracks on cd into my sets
