the only problem is they are not studio headphones they are dj ones, so sony does not cover if they blow or what not. th v600's are studio phones so they have full warranty coverage. plus 600's dont output soo much bass like the 700s so you get a clearer sound. (better accuracy for beatmatching)
but you can also turn teh base down when mixing with the 700s to get the desired effect.. your mixer should have a bass control hehe
i still love the 700s i dont like how the 600s look

Nope, the V600's have absolutely NO redeeming qualities at all whatsoever. They are dull and flat - but in a BAD, lifeless, extremely inaccurate way. And worse, their warranty is even WORSE than the warranty coverage for the V700DJ's - 90 days (3 months) total, replacement only.
All in all, the V600's are one fucked-up pair of headphones that are WAY overpriced for what they deliver. In fact, they are NOT true studio monitor headphones; they are merely glorified $20 low-end mass-market closed headphones.

Nrg2Nfinit,
If you want a TRUE studio-monitor Sony, don't get the V600's. Get the 7506's instead.
