I know there are a couple of parks a couple of blocks north, or yet again there’s a couple of morbid parking lots a bit east of the KH where we could probably juice it up without much hassles

Hmm...drinking b4 hand is the best thing you can think of doing coz it's less xpensive. Just like loconet says,it's fun to drink in the parking lots....while you have a jacket/coat on of course!!!
