one more question before i purchase... what does the ± 100% let me do... i'm guessing it will allow me to hit the ± 16% and ± 24% ranges but what will this wide range let me do?? thanks again

it will let you play your tracks at double speed, which sounds crap.
try to play a 33rpm record on 45rpm +8 and you will get an idea....
