It pretty much has to be at a bar or restaurant.

I don't think too many ppl want to freeze their asses off waiting for everybody.


Poor people need not drink as long as there are a few ppl slamming down some pints.

In fact most so called bars are restaurants too so you'd be allowed in anyways.
