One of their older tracks 'Deep South' has been remixed by some of the big names and has or is getting released shortly.

Deep South is a breakbeat/tech house track which is nothing short of outstanding.

Mate im not crazy And they are far off the best producers (in my humble opinion Im prolly gonna offend people saying this!) Listening to their mix of Way Out West - Mindcircus, sounds tacky, and what the fucks with that horrible distorted synth bullshit at around 65:30 in Tiesto's In Search of Sunrise 3 (thats where i'm listening to the mindcircus remix from )...

I feel the same way with Lament. Really really cheap, tacky synth/melody. The bassline is weak, the flute-ish instrument is nothing special. I'm giving that a listen now, and i dunno...it sounds really under-produced? I guess that's what i dont like about their songs, they're really under-produced and have this 'empty' sound to it. This song sounds amateur.. i'll give respect to the change up at the 5 minute mark, but really...it sounds as though it was made in a few hours.

G&D are nothin groundbreaking

/end rant

EDIT: Just saw another G&D remix is on ISOS3, the elephant vocal of In My Memory. It's alright, not as 'empty' sounding as the other tunes..Not gonna be playing this heaps or anything, but i wont diss this remix Also the Josh Gabriel Mix of Andains 'Summer Calling' is on ISOS3... this is pretty good...doesnt have the G&D sound This tune reminds me of another track which the name of slips my mind at the moment.... its like EXACTLY THE SAME.... fuck, when i remember the name, i'll post again

yes i respect your opinion, and mindcircus is not their best work. I much prefered the Tarrentella & Redanka Vocal Mix of mindcircus.

but lament was an awesome tune. and if u dont like that flute part, get Gabriel & Dresden's Satoshi Dub........thatz the best mix imo.

but if u really want sum traxx to appreciate them, definately look for the remix of layo & bushwacka. also:

Romanthony's Nightvision - Never Fuck (Dresden & Burns Got Blueballs Mix)
Andain - Summers Calling
Andain - You Once Told Me
Josh Gabriel - Wave3

all awesome tunes

EDIT: in case u didnt know, Andain = Josh Gabriel + Vocalist

yeah, but then again u may not like them. Josh Gabriel & Dave Dresden have a very very unique sound that does not appeal to every1. personally i luv every one of their productions to date, but i know many ppl who hate them.

all a matter of opinion, i am not the sort of person to push my opinions upon others, so if u do not like, then thatz fine, we are all individuals

thatz one thing i cant stand, ppl who flame others for not having the same taste

hehehhe

peace
