what other sites can give you exposure to a lot of listeners but without giving you the BS that mp3.com gives??
Like i've been through a couple of other sites but they seem small and unpopulated... however.. that may change due to the demise of mp3.com

Ah yes - back in the days when I joined nobody got any money, there was no bribery (known as PAS and other promotion services) and I even got a CD ("108 best songs you've never heard" compilation) and stickers for free when I joined mp3.com... they really used to be good but they've sucked ever since they did the PAS thing...
The only thing that concerns me is that as a basic artist you can only have 3 songs, that is indeed very lame. I'm not concerned about that money issue since I've never recieved anything from them, hehe. I will not take my tracks off mp3.com but I'm not going to upload any new material or direct any attention to the page, instead I will keep 3 of the tracks I like best and try to get people to my homeapge instead.
no... it's free...
also... if your track is good enough.. they will play it on like some CBC radio show on saturdays or something...
newmusiccanada.com is directed by CBC corporation and it's only purpose is to promote artists...
