I don't think it's a movie actually (TV i think...), but my favorite is Stephen King's "IT" .

Stephen King movies kicks ass!
Well , maybe not "Stand By Me".
"The Green Mile" and "The Shaw..(something) Redemption" are not scary, but all other ones kicks ass, except his own TV version of "The Shining", it's kinda boring.
