Final conclusion: The sample is in Italian and it means "the hope". Could be Spanish if it weren't by the apostroph and the pronounce (the letter "z" doesn't sound Spanish in that sample). Also, it look like French at all

Believe me guys it IS in italian, not in Spanish. I speak both languages, I guess I should know it
