Yeah man.. I totally feel what you are saying. It's not going to be easy for the next couple of weeks(or months). Try to occupy yourself with something(read books, hang out with friends, do work etc) so that you don't think about her all the time. It's easier said than done, but you gotta try. Try to remain friends(again, easier said than done) with her, or at least be on good terms with her. Who knows, maybe she'll change her mind....
Btw, one of the bad side effects(at least for me) of a break-up was completely losing my appetite for next couple of weeks. I don't know if you experience the same thing, but if you do, try eating more liquid foods(soups, milk, yogourts etc...)
