It's the old "if you can't beat em join em"-strategy, people will use ctx anyway so why not tolerate the use, educate them as much as possible and try to avoid overheating and o.d.-ing.
We had pill testing stands for many years on the big raves, so you could check what's up before you drop, but these are gone nowadays because the new politicians decided it encourages the use of drugs or some other stupid reason!?
I thought it was a great op to check if what you bought was mdma, mda or just plain trash, and therefore increased general safety.
Free water supply, a chill out and free medical service are obliged on any large rave in Holland!
Works just fine for a long time now, although you'll always have some people who are just too stupid and fuck it up.
By the way it is NOT legal in Holland to take drugs to clubs, it's NOT even legal to smoke a joint!
Fact is the politicians and police wisely decided they have better things to do then arrest and fine drug users, so it's tolerated.
But if they want they can fine/arrest you.
Now in no club in Holland you can walk up to the door, show the lad at the entrance your pills and just enter.
If they search you, which is the case most of the time and they find a pill or two, they will probably tolerate it and let you in.
If you have like 15 of em on you, your busted and your concidered a dealer, this will almost never result in them calling the cops, but you can forget about entering the club and the next time if their memory is any good!
But on a large rave like Innercity tomorrow, police is standing very close to those who check you at the entrance, so hiding drugs is always the best option!
If they find one or two and the police is not looking you'r ok and you can keep it.
You'll always get in with a small amount of e, just don't walk in waving your baggy of pills above your head so to speak.
Weed is always cool, as long as you don't carry a large amount like 10grams or more.
They ask you most of the time if you have any illegal substances on you, I just show em my small amount of weed and tell em that's all!

Bullshit, if doormen catch you with 3 pills they won't let you in, if the police catches you with 1 they'll confiscate it and let you go, but with three you could be arrested or fined. I doubt they'll let you through at clubs with drugs

I've known venues around me to confiscate that many from one person and do fuck all about it. In fact, I was that person

And I live in the states where ecstasy possession is a fucking felony
