What you'd be looking at is 2 possible options:
1. You can buy "off the shelf pc's" - ones pre-constructured, but they usually make a great deal out of some parts, and leave you in the dark on others, especially graphics and sound cards. Or if you're happy with a setup on display, just buy it without the parts you dont need.
2. Come up with specific parts needed, including size, brand etc... then ask the store to build it for you - this would be the more expensive way, but you'll get what you want.
Or just stick with ze old beast 
If you want to get separate parts, but dont know which to get, post details on what you'll need your new pc to do, im sure some people in here can recommend appropriate parts.
