Yeah, it's becoming a pretty large score eh.
And Tsunami, what are you talking about man? I'll agree that Timo was pretty crap, and some of the DJ's in the Bass Station room after Nick Sentience were as well (from what I was hearing anyway), but apart from that I thought it was set up pretty well, and most of the sets were gold.
The sound held up in the main arena, and considering the way the Bass Station section was set up, I thought it sounded pretty good as well. I'll agree that the Hardware room was cramped and hot, but I thought the sound was pretty good - especially during the Space DJ's set.
Anyway, you had a free night, and so far as I'm concerned it must have beaten another night just stumbling round the city centre till 5am..... ah well, each to their own I guess.

Tsunami One:
Why bother going to an event that you already designated as 'shit'? Even if you got the tix for nix, if you are expecting it to be a shit night, you should've sold ya tix and done something that would come closer to being a decent night.
I don't understand the mentality of "Its going to be a shit night, i'll go anyway, essentially to back myself up as to how shit it actually was".
For the record, i didn't go to Welcome, why? Coz no Dj grabbed my attention and therefore I would probably have had a shit night. Instead, I went to a house party with a keg of beer and turntables, played music i wanted to hear and had a fantastic time surrounded by friends.
Horses for courses, really.
The rest of you:
A night is what you make it, it could soley rest upon the music or the quality of the setup or who you go with.
Mark James knows how to play a crowd pleasing set. Bombs aplenty.
On a side note, Belfast parties rock! Thats where you get the Be liquid's and Madagascar's and Heaven Scent's coming through, among other tracks.
