i think the original of Cloudwalking is pretty rare for its popularity
even the re-release doesn't have the original mix on it (mislabeled it is)
pulser didn't even have a copy of it around the time he played at wemf (apparently tiesto still had his copy)

As far as all these rare tracks go, are people willing to pay high prices because they want to spin it, or because its a collecters item?
I'd pay pretty high for some tracks, but not what some others would pay.
What tracks would you people most like to see re-released?

oops my bad. I still hav the original cloudwalking btw with Astral Mix on the b-side. And Tiesto got his copy from someone of these boards. Pretty cool.
Andy Perring aka Pulser gave Tiesto his one and only copy of Cloudwalking for his Magik 6 CD. Someone offered straight up US $ 100 for his copy, unfortunately it was already in Tiesto's hands.
At the time when Oakenfold was hammering Cass & Slide's Glad I Ate Her, Armin was looking high and low for a copy of this sweet 999 limited release.
As for Solar Stone - Seven Cities, the most limited remixes are the Ambient Mix and Katcha Remix which was printed in limited quantities. Never officially released. Maybe 1000 copies in existence. Took Hooj about 2 months to clear out the promo stock. I believe Replay records have this copy. There are 2 versions of this copy. One is on HOOJ Promo Black Label. The other is on Lost Language on the center label.
Ayu - M EP was the release of 2002 that saw a commanding price of an average level of US $ 125 - 180.
I recently sold my copy of Pusler - Cloudwalking 12" ATCR Promo for US $ 125.
Ultimately it depends on how well-kept your precious gems are. My only rare ones are RITM - Out of Body Experience 12" Sealed, RITM-Deeper/Dusk Limited 500 copies, Orkidea - Unity 12", Cass & Slide - GIAH, Plastic Boy - Twixt....
Vinyl buying is an addiction, it never ends...

Hey there everyone
I am wondering what you think is the most sought after vinyl? (TRANCE OF COURSE)
What in your opinion is very rare, and potentially expensive? Do you know of any songs/tracks that people are looking very hard for and would pay almost anything for?
reason I as is because today I saw lab4 - reformation on ebay for 60 pounds/100 USD/150CAD - before the close!
THATS NUTS!
so to me thats the most ive seen
actually Ive seen Tilt - Invisible Disc 1 going for $300 USD - but that was before it was re-released.
there was also Pulsar - Clowd Walking which a friend of mine bought for 75 CAD. but again that was also re-released.
And I think I remember Solar Stone - 7 Cities being pretty expensive too.
so any ideas?
OMG, I saw Solar stone - 7 Cities in the UK for 4 pounds (ten dollars) I should have bought it, but I didn't buy vinyl at the time.
