IvD's remix of Conjure One's 'Sleep' is a very overlooked, very well produced track. I wouldn't go shitting on this quite yet.

Indeed a decent-and-above production from IvD, I'll wait n see how this turns up.

"In other news, Bedrock duo John Digweed and Nick Muir have announced that their next single will be more of a 'clubby, hands in the air' type of production 'along the lines of Lasgo or Fragma.'"

Well since Heaven Scent is among the all time great 'hands in the air' tracks, who knows.

heh, I read an article about how IVD were out to get back to the sound of the Human League & Eurhythmics.

Yea i'm looking forward to see what potential they have in that genre of trance. I did like that song Reason but it pisses me off when people think of Castles in the Sky as "trance." Annemie does have a good voice though so it'll be interesting to see how they throw her into this.

Oh and another thing... if this prog album is really true you know everyone who likes commercial trance will pick this up and be like hmm what is this then it'll start to get more people into less commercial trance and prog. It'll be interesting to see if this album does encourage more people to listen to other genres of trance.

I don't like IvD very much, but i have to say that "Ian van Dahl - Try" was nice........really nice vocals and not to commercial.........All i want to say is that i think IvD could be able to make some prg oriented tracks........but i guess he wouldn't forget the money......that might be a reason for the style of his next single (hands up-style) though his album will be prog oriented....
