About trancey Ash's post.

Is there actually a progressive trance genre. Personally i think thats a load of horse shit and that its made by die hard trancers not wanting to like the progressive genre.

Just seems like unnecessary genre whoring to me.

So you say that all prog is the same?

You can;t tell me there isn't a difference between Prog Trance and Prog House! I mean what does Sasha play Prog House? Just like his GU 013, prog house!
Prog trance has melodie, builds etc, where as Prog house doesn;t really have these kinda elements that trance has. But it still has mostly progressive elements, without being housy.
I think to say that Prog trance doesn't exist is pretty fuckin stupid. You can;t tell me all stuff progressive, is progressive house, cause it's clearly not.
BTW I do love the progressive genre, just incase you thought I was a die hard trancer not wanting to like the progressive genre.

Have A Nice Day

some tracks are more trancey than other tracks which are housey

wtf bedrock......???

how can you say 'nah you're wrong'?

genres in music mean jack shit....people made them up to describe the kind of music they play/listen to etc. The way some people use genres is fucking insane, like some people wont like a track because it is classified in 'that' genre. What a load of shit imo. stop arguing about fucking genres on the internet and do something worthwile like saving the fucking dolphins.

fuck you

Well I would rather have genres, at least I know where to go in a CD store or record store to get the stuff I like instead of hunting through a whole fucking pile of shit music.

you're an idiot
if someone doesn't like a few tracks, and they are all in a similar style or shock! genre! then don't you think its at all possible that they won't like most of the other tracks in that genre? so if someone tells them hey i have this new *insert genre here* track, the reply "nah, i dont like that style, so i prob wont like this track" is reasonable. to me anyway. so you fuck off, and take your dolphins with you!
